Bristol Festival

The Bristol Festival came about about the loss of Bristol’s previous summer event ‘The Ashton Court Festival’. Summer 2008 saw the launch of the festival which took place at the end of September over the course of a weekend. I was asked to create a logo that captured the spirit of Bristol so i used 2 of the towns best landmarks, the famous suspension bridge, built by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and Cabots Tower, which is one of the best view points inside the centre of Bristol. I also added a few elements which Bristol is well known for including the yearly Balloon fiesta, and it’s thriving music community.

Apple Pips Records

Apple Pips recordings run by dubstep DJ/producer/pioneer Appleblim (of Skull Disco fame) required a music video to accompany the release of Ramadanman’s track for PIPS005. The brief was to create something different to reflect the lush synths and filtered melodics of ‘Humber’.

adidas Slam Van

The adidas Slam Van project was aimed at getting London’s youth into Basketball. The van, equipped with a basketball hoop and soundsystem toured around London at key locations encouraging kids to shoot some hoops on the back of it. I was lucky enough to handle all of the design work for the project. This was such a success that adidas commissioned the idea again to promote their outdoor gyms (see adidas adiZones project).

Headhunter Live AV Performance

Working alongside Dubstep pioneer Headhunter we have created a live audio visual performance. For those that are not familiar with Headhunter, he is a dubstep/techno artist signed to Tempa.

This is an edited version of the first ever Headhunter live AV set that took place at the Stuk arts centre in Belgium on the 14th February 2009. This set was part of the artefact festival.
