These past few months i have been busy on a new project of mine that i am keeping under wraps for the present, however i would like any creatives who would wish to get involved to contact me. If successful i hope for it to be a catalyst for some good colloborations. If you are interested please send me a brief description explaining who you are and what you do and some samples of your best work to: info@vectormeldrew.com

So the Booo Krooo was first shown on Channel U back in 2003. I realised that there was stillĀ a demand for it as i was getting hits to my site with people looking for it, so i looked into getting it as a podcast on itunes for people to download…
… and here it is:

Don’t watch the dodgy animation! This was my first animation project and a massive learning curve. Not bad though considering it got a european TV deal and Missy Elliott requested to be in one of the episodes!
Here are some images from the Levi’s store in London, using the Twisted Originals display, some of the panels of the comic contain TV screens showing scenes from the animation.

I am proud to announce a new animation project in the pipeline for Apple Pips Records. Anybody who is familiar with the dubstep scene will have heard of DJ/Producer Appleblim, of Skull Disco fame. Apple Pips is his record label and his next release by ‘Ramadanman’ will be accompanied by a animation promo created by Vector Meldrew. Watch this space.

I have just this minute set up a fan group for all you facebook addicts, so please become a fan of vector meldrew’s vj works on facebook and i will try to keep you updated of any new material, and there should be some good things coming over the next month!

And now for something completely different (to what you would normally see here) a flyer i’ve just finished designing for a Psytrance/Techno/Trance night in Reading. The Aztek Soundsystem guys came with their ideas surrounding their symbol, the pyramid, and what they like to call ‘the fabric of the universe’. The design was a chance to reminice on the old ‘Dreamscape’ and such flyers that i collected as a kid, and this is hopefully a tribute to that but in an updated form.
